Upped veggies and grass fed meats. No more grains.
Downsized our wardrobes (a pair of jeans each).

Pork stir fry

I have been craving lo mien but thankfully I had everything I needed at home to make a paleo version. AND I can proudly say this is a recipe of my own.

For this we used a 2 pound pork loin we had in the fridge. Cube it and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add to it garlic, onion powder, pepper and a dash of sea salt. Then pour over it a quarter cup of fish sauce and several splashes of coconut aminos.

Warm up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron skillet and when hot add your pork mix.

When the pork is finished you can then add in zucchini noodles to the pan, give it a couple tosses, and then serve.
